You will need the PMKN4265A programming cable for the Motorola R7 radios. The older type is not compatible and this seller sells them much cheaper than other places. I would recommend the seller to everyone. He did offer to program the radio but I did that myself with the Motoral CPS 2,0 Software.

I contact seller to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue and they have ignored me. Whilst acknowledging this is a secondhand unit it was also very grubby. Definitely would not recommend to any of my Motorsport Colleagues.
