    Purchased this item in good faith. Attempted to communicate with seller to see if there was a issue on my end that needed to be rectified when item was never shipped. This seller has very bad manners. You can't keep customers this way. Seller never responded to me. I finally had to involve ebay for a refund. I certainly would have understood if there was an issue. Very poor customer service. Shame on you.

    Seller marked the item as shipped but never sent it out. No communication at all. After filing a complaint and asking for my item to be shipped they issued a refund instead of sending the item. I would not buy from them again, I guess I should have read their past negative feedback before bidding. Lesson learned.
