    Ordered a PC keyboard to replace a broken one, advertisement said it would ship "USPS Priority Mail" which normally takes 3 to 4 days, instead it was shipped 'USPS Ground' no communication explaining anything from the seller why it was not shipped as advertised, the package went through 5 different USPS processing facilities and finally arrived over two weeks later. Did finally arrive though and it was in good condition so I'm thankful for that. But the shipping time was terrible.

    I’m not very happy with this purchase. The description says it is new and in perfect condition. The cup has several dents and scuff marks. No where in the description did it mention any of this. It was a good price until it arrived like that. I’m still going to use it at the gym but be aware the seller doesn’t list any damage to the product. The appearance is not what I expected from a new product. Also it did not come with a straw. The listing did not mention no straw.

    I'm sorry that you are not very happy with your purchase. It's my fault that I assumed customers would use the listing photos and the less than market price as an indication that the tumbler wasn't absolutely pristine.
