  Item received was as described. Price was fair and seller was a great communicator and prompt shipper. Unfortunately, the phone gave me his old was no longer needed as my son gave me his old one when he purchased a newer model. The return and refund for this purchase was effortless and prompt.   Came in super fast and the packaging was nice! Seller was helpful when I wasn’t super satisfied with the condition of the phone. It unfortunately came with some scratches on the screen when it is supposed to be in excellent condition (reason why I put 4 stars.) Seller offered a partial refund and I keep the phone or just return for a full refund. I wasn’t too bothered with the scratches so I just took the partial refund. Would recommend!
