  Good packing and shipping. Item as described, open box. Seller was GREAT, but buyer beware when you purchase any "open box" items from ANY seller. Several items were missing in the box, nothing that affected the operation of the item. I'm sure the seller is not an expert on this item and was not trying to be deceptive. A $180 item for $50 as open box item was a great deal for me. I did NOT try to contact the seller about any missing items. Once again, GREAT SELLER.

  Money was zapped from my account before I could accept offer; didn’t like that at all. Once you give your credit card info to potential seller on a bid, once they accept money’s gone. Helps to read “eBay changes.” Packaged well, still loose. Overpriced shipping took a minute; as described; average value.

  The seller is AMAZING! I bought a Doogee s118 brand new and it did come brand new, it was still in its wrapping. Well, when it got to me the phone wouldn’t turn on and I’m sure the seller didn’t know that. The battery must’ve died out due to it not being used for a minute. I contacted the seller and they said they would give me a full refund and to not even return the item. Got my refund 2 business days later! Once again, AMAZING seller.

  I received the keyboard the day after I ordered it. It was package very well and it was exactly as described. I love the keyboard case and this is the only seller whose listing was truly accurate. Other list a similar product but with the wrong product name. The product was a heat value compare to buying it online from the manufacturer.
