Product arrived as described and while in soft packaging, the iPad Pro itself was protected inside a sleeve that was inside a styrofoam shell. The item was in excellent condition as the seller described. After wiping down with screen cleaner, I barely noticed any scratching on the screen or casing. Battery seems normal thus far. Overall good value.

    Shipping should have been in a box, not in a bubble mailer with minimal packing material. Other than that. Everything seems to be good. Sold & shipped as described in mint condition. Everything works as it should, but the fingerprint scanner is a bit cheap. No real complaints. Thanks for the mint phone~

    received item. wow, i was very surprised about the condition appearance of this. tested a few functions so far works great, just need to check out how the battery life and a few other things. i can definely see myself buying from this seller in the future. also the seller had great communication as well. just usps had a fault of not properly scanning tracking wise for a few days but i'm glad it reached me in time.
