  My purchase, a ring, arrived with undisclosed damage not caused by shipping. The package was unblemished. Its shank was considerably bent and was obviously shipped that way. The ring was also a full size larger than advertised. When I contacted the seller they were dismissive and noncommittal. Told me to open a case and strongly implied I had no evidence despite clear photographs. Generally an unsatisfactory experience. I didn’t return the item because of the hassle, nor did I make any demands.

  Fact 1: This buyer provided zero proof for his claims. Fact 2: The ring in our listing was shown in high-definition photos including a clear photo of the ring on a mandrel (ring sizer). Fact 3: The buyer accused us of patently false business practices. Fact 4: I cordially told him to send the item back, so he could get a full refund. YIKES, EGADS and GADZOOKS!

  Record well appraised for condition, plays better than it looks. .....But I'm very surprised it wasn't damaged on its delivery .......very poor packaging a 12" record mailer with some bubble wrap and no Stiffeners used is definitely not good for a 7" record.....but overall I'm very happy with the record at an excellent price. And good Communication Thanks 👍

  We are happy you're pleased with the item! This was an international transaction and eBay's third party shippers are responsible for this awful re-packaging job, regrettably. Ebay, take note!

  The seller described these very beautiful earrings accurately. I absolutely love them and they were shipped very nicely and they have the cutest little box. They were reasonably priced and they’re a nice pair of earrings to go with all of my beautiful earrings and I’m glad to have them.  these are extremely nice for being called Jade earrings.  this jewelry is very nice inexpensive earrings and they look very nice when you wear them.
