No issues with the packaging.At first I believed the order was incorrect, because a DVD was delivered instead of a Blu-Ray. I contacted the seller and was informed that yes, I made the mistake and ordered the DVD. Needless to say, even after admitting my mistake of ordering the DVD and not the Blu-Ray, the seller offered a full refund. They didn't have to, but still made it right! Would definitely do business with again.

Does seem to have time to come up with excuses for things and berate customers that call them out on this. Looking forward to my reply here. However, the CD was shipped in a thin plastic envelope with no bubble wrap or liner. I hope they change their packaging to be more protective. I'd gladly pay an extra couple of dollars to know that my product will arrive in better condition.

After a couple days went by I contacted the seller saying, If the item doesn't ship today cancel the sale. Seller with over 20,000 sales was on his messaging right away.
