  We made multiple attempts to contact the buyer via eBay messages to address their concerns regarding this shipped item. Since the order was placed, we reached out four times. Unfortunately, we received no direct response from the buyer, who has contacted eBay regarding this transaction. This order was shipped promptly, and tracking information was provided. As the item is already in transit, cancellation is not feasible at this stage. We have documentation of shipment and supplier information.
