    Item was shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. Item was listed as new in retail like packaging - definitely not. It could be new but most of the packaging was opened and it looked like it has been or was used slightly. Cords and wires were just thrown into the box and the patient data card was missing. This is not an issue for me since i do not use them but it was definitely NOT NEW. Overall satisfied but listing was not accurate, and price was based on new never opened not open package..
