With respect to refurbished Surface Pro tablets in general: despite stated "Excellent - refurbished" condition, these often have defects; out of 4 units I purchased from two different sellers, I had to return 2 because of various physical defects. This indicates substandard QC done by refurbishers; this seller, as I said, made it easy to remedy all issues. My advice is to thoroughly inspect the purchased unit ASAP.
