Helpful seller with good communications. The circuit cards were not "New" as listed, and the seller should not have assumed that. As buyer, I didn't assume. The decks of airline playing cards I bought were reasonably priced, they were delivered in good time and when they arrived the decks were in mixed condition" some were new and sealed, while others had been opened and were used. The listing specified all the decks as being in 'Used' condition so there being some new decks in the package was a welcome bonus.

Seller did not denote or show that the Microsoft Outlook CD case was missing the CD inside. This would have been blatantly obvious to the seller when listing the item. Upon asking the seller after receiving it, seller told me that the buyer should ask all questions before buying. AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!

We offered to refund buyer but they chose instead to try to damage our business and means of supporting our family. Consider that mose people do not leave a review at all (ebay should count them as positive). It means that for the most part humanity is not petty low level consumers. We are thankful.
