  This seller is not helpful, unaccommodating and awkward to deal with. I ordered a Rocky Birthday card with a clear message to change the word Stallion to a nine year old boys name. Their advert clearly states that cards can be amended but the card arrived without the change I had asked for and when I contacted the seller to point this out they told me that I didn’t send them a message and that they don’t offer changes to this particular card. Be aware of dealing with this seller.

  This does clearly state it's a non personalised card hence the card arriving as per the image displayed. Not all our cards are personalised but this would state that in the description.
