    Item I received was Black, not Dark Brown. This isn’t the bag I ordered, nor is it what was pictured in the listing, which was clearly Brown. Seller ignores messages. Never sent tracking either. Will not buy from this seller again. The bag is very nice but the wrong color.

    Not only it took a while for them to ship the shoes, they never answered my message inquiring when they are going to ship. They packaged them horribly- squishing the shoes into leftover plastic envelope. As a result the shoes arrived all wrinkled with damaged shape.
