  Item was claimed to have been lost in transit. I don't believe that, because in 30 years of buying on eBay, that has never happened for any of my purchases. What I believe is the Seller never had it in stock, so used that reason to protect their credibility. Also, the eBay system sent me an email that it was DELIVERED (which it was not) and that same email indicated my payment would be refunded (which it eventually was).

  Store is a joke. I bought a lamp shade and never received it. Apparently it was lost in transit. I would have more respect for them if they just told me it was out of stock. Pretty sure this a drop ship store that has no idea of their inventory and is trying to make money off of other legit stores. They should be embarrassed. I wonder what they tell their friends and family what they do for a living
