  Listing said size 14, I received size 16! I reached out to them, they gave no apology and they were short with me when I asked for a return shipping label. I understand, we all make mistakes, however to have to repack the item, fill out a return, take pictures, upload them, print out a label, then drive to the post office, wait in line to mail it, just to get my refund. That is a lot of work then it was not my fault. The Seller was carless and could have been more polite under the circumstances.
