  The seller agreed and accepted to a negotiated price. Then failed to ever ship the purchased item. I attempted to reach out about shipping by send the seller agreed message through eBay. No response was received. When it was clear that my item wasn't going to be shipped I asked eBay to step in for a refund. Only then did the seller respond and still even then failed to approve my refund until the given dead line by eBay. Horrible experience! The seller had my money tied up for no reason.
