I've been buying on eBay for 24 years. This is the worst seller that I've encountered. Seller is a Plumbing Supply company. They listed and described the item as a Moen #3371. They sent me a Moen #3372. When I notified them of the error, the seller refused to send the item they listed!! Arrogant, argumentative worst ever
