  Long shipping time. Arrived late. Poor tracking. Packaging was not good. No case. Was just wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a plastic mailing bag. Luckily was not dented. The item overall looks just as pictured. Hopefully plays well. Is a christmas gift so won't know for a bit.
