The power supply cable was cut off. This was not mentioned in the item description. Upon raising the issue with the seller, they made the argument that "if it's not in the picture, it's not included". I had to repair the cable, which was less hassle than dealing with a return, but this is clearly not normal.

Not very friendly ,the power supply was not mentioned as in description and in picture ,I gave a free power supply with the orginal ,which the buyer only had to connect ,buyer states it is a rule that a power supply must be included... not true ,wysiwyg
