  After 19 days of purchase seller sent the wrong item. The worst Ebay person I encountered since 2004.  no communication, had to get Ebay involved to get a refund.

  Seller never actually sent the item. I placed the order on the 2nd and even though eBay showed that they printed the label the next day it was never gave it to USPS. It sat in "preshiment" USPS waiting for package for 12 days before I was able to mark that it hadn't been delivered and that I wanted a refund. Two days later I was refunded.

  Item was damaged by previous manufacturer, not this seller, but when package was opened and damage was discovered she offered an immediate refund. Initially item was shipped quickly and communication was great. I really could not have asked for this situation to have been dealt with any better than it was. Great seller who really made sure this was fixed.
