    No problems at all with order. Item was exactly as described. This shipped very quickly and was well packaged. It had enough bubble packaging around it that it was probably buoyant enough to float! 😀 I would buy from this seller again.

    Seller communication was satisfactory, however item sent was not what photos shown, minor blemishes tolerable, but felt deceived by actual photos, not same item sent in same condition shown. Sellers resolution was “cleaning tips” or for a return for refund.

    Keyboard was accurately described in detail of its used condition. Buyer requested a 20% refund over a small, removable mark that wasn’t present when I packaged and shipped it. I declined. I don’t offer discounts for things a paper towel, rubbing alcohol and 10 seconds could fix. Neutral feedback appears to stem from that refusal. I take pride in honest listings with accurate item photos and descriptions. If you’re buying used and expecting pristine, you may need to adjust expectations.
