    Our products are charged in advance and confirmed to have no issues with the battery before shipment. Fully charged, the screen can last for more than half a month. Even if the screen cannot be used due to low battery, mechanical buttons can still be used. And we actively contacted the customer and wanted them to shoot a video to report the problem. The engineer actively dealt with it, but the customer did not cooperate with us. We are also helpless. We are very eager to solve the problem.
