  Once i received my purchase i opened up the box to prepare to assemble my new shoe rack. As i noticed, the description didn't match what i purchased. Once i contacted the seller to let (them) know that I wasn't satisfied, (they) responded back giving me the option of (send back w/ full refund or keep, w/ partial refund). I chose partial, because I could use SOME of the pieces to repair a broken shoe rack I've had for a couple of years.

  I ordered a “iDream365 Upgraded Hard Pencil Case Box for Adults”. It fits my 14 mini paint brush set with spear space for like maybe 4 more. It’s a shame it doesn’t come with a wrist strap like in the pictures. The seller didn’t respond to my messages. There was no tracking number provided. They only left a Copy Paste message twice after purchase.
