  Awful experience birthday banner arrived without the pictures on that I sent and paid for and they acknowledged receipt of also was a paper flimsy banner I paid nearly £14 for something that I could have made at home on the printer they ignored my messages I had to open a return so disappointed i dont have a banner now as no time to order another as it took them 8 days to send avoid this seller

  'Lost in transit' again, the tracking number was not genuine and waited for ages and no response. Had to get eBay case going to get my money back. They just blames the postal service when it was not even posted, it was not a real tracking number and just put as 'marked as dispatched' so it looks like they have posted on time. What a waste of time
