    Seller mistakingly sent an item that was broken. Seller did, to the best of her ability, correct the issue. Seller was also quick to resolve the issue. Sad, that this is not a replaceable item, but that s how it goes sometimes.

    It would have been nice if you had contacted me before leaving this. I would have sent you a refund. i have sold many reels and not have had a problem some are listed as not working. It was only $5 because of age. Sorry it didnt work and again would have sent refund to make up for it.
