  We’re truly sorry FedEx lost the package—we refunded the buyer in full as soon as we were made aware. Unfortunately, this was completely out of our control. This negative feedback is especially disheartening because we’ve been selling on eBay since 2010, with thousands of happy customers and a long history of positive reviews.
