Also told eBay that buyer cancelled which is FALSE, but saved them from getting a black mark from eBay. There was NO apology or communication from seller. Other purchasers have had the same experience recently but have been unable to leave feedback-- maybe blocked by BAD SELLER. Refund was issued through eBay 10 days after purchase--NOT initiated by buyer. We just wanted shoes and no nonsense. Seemed simple and wasn't. DECEPTIVE PRACTICE..
