Requested Seller to package well in a box and not a mailer so shampoo would not get damaged in shipping. Seller shipped in a padded mailer and I was shocked that the bottles of shampoo did not break in shipping and arrived safe and sound. Certainly not the way to ship items like this however they made it undamaged.
