    order product on may 1 then finally contacting seller and asking for a refund seller shipped item on may 19 i asked for refund because i had to get item could not wait this long but they shipped anyway when i asked not to i should get a refund this is very poor service and bad business

    Due to quantity of item buyer purchased, seller ran into a fulfillment issue due to the Chinese tariff trade war between US and China. Took a little longer to fulfill this order. Seller also had a family medical emergency to contend with during this time. Buyer never contacted seller to ask about order.

    Read and BELIEVE the negative and neutral feedback ratings! Foolishly, we did not and took a chance purchasing from this seller. While a tracking number was provided, the seller never dropped the package off with USPS (see attached). Multiple messages over the course of a week asking for shipping status update(s) were ignored by the seller and we provided three business days between messages for a response. An INR and refund request had to be filed with eBay.
