    Vintage BeeHouse teapots are really difficult to find. I was sad to learn BeeHouse sold their business to ZERO Japan and I’ve had a few of the newer teapots, all were light weight and the handles broke off. So finding this VINTAGE treasure was half the cost of the new teapots, it made my day! It was in new condition as Seller described, really fair shipping. The teapot was packaged well, arriving in one piece, THANK YOU!! I will buy from this seller again.

    Purchased a blender pitcher that arrived moldy — and of course I didn’t want it. Seller said I could keep it and they’d refund the full $74.73, but only tried to refund $25. When I followed up, they changed their story and said I had to return it. Then bizarrely threatened to contact the FBI and accused me of swapping parts. Tracking shows it’s on the way back but I still haven’t received the any of my refund. Buyer beware: dishonest and unprofessional and non responsive.

    Hostile zero feedback "buyer" swapping parts. She originally tried to get me to sell only the lid from a blender pitcher I had listed. When I declined to sell her only the lid she used buy it now to buy the pitcher to get the lid. Within 10 minutes of receiving the pitcher and lid she filed a Not-As-Described return claim, falsely claiming that the pitcher was "moldy" - at first I responded that I'd refund it and she could keep it without return - then I remembered she only wanted the lid. BAD!
