    Item was listed as “open box” - which is fine, except it wasn’t. The mug and base were covered in fingerprints and scuffs. Some of the scuffs may have been because the seller failed to secure the mug inside the original packaging, so it was bouncing around during shipping. Also charged $12.95 for shipping (which is Priority Mail level) and sent it Ground Advantage, which cost maybe $6-7. Zero stars!
