  No idea what the item was like as we never received it (2 gate openers, cost over £400). Attempted to resolve this with the seller, who then added in another shipping number (_after_ we'd raised an Ebay case) that showed as having been delivered. Which it had not. Has now informed us that they're waiting for Ebay to resolve the case and is refusing to refund the order, despite no evidence of it being delivered to us. Bad seller, terrible customer service and delivery management. Avoid.
