    Shipping was fast. Item was in original packaging minus the instructions (which are readily available online), also, were not expected because they were not mentioned as being included. Really, really happy with the quality and the price - less than half the current sale price for the set on the manufacturer's website! Will be saving this seller's info for future possible purchases!

    I bought the product as new, and he sent me a piece of sh xt, all beat up and with the box in pieces. When did I write him? He said it had been damaged in transit, which is ridiculous. Then he acted offended when I called him a scammer and told me he wouldn't offer me a refund and would assume he sent a new product. Since I shipped the package from the United States and assumed a ton of other expenses, the refund is useless. If you check this rat's background, this is a practice he usually does.

    I Ordered June 18th, STILL haven't gotten this item. I needed this BEFORE the 4th of July to add to my decor as family is coming, and the seller HASN'T even answered my emails I've sent. I'm a kind person, and if there were issues, they could atleast have conversed with me, I would work with it. I'm TRULY disappointed. I'm sorry to say, NOT recommended for buying from them
