    Seller cancelled my order because I didn't want to pay additional shipping costs that were significantly higher than what he stated in his listing. I understand that we all make mistakes, but he never apologized for his error in his listing regarding the shipping cost. Call me old fashioned, but I think people should at least say they're sorry when they screw-up. I did buy another tool kit from him later, and that one was a 5-star transaction.

    Contacted eBay about the shipping mix up and eBay advised it was issue on their end and EBay advised me to cancel order due to their shipping mistake and use calculated shipping . Guy bought 4 items and eBay only charged him for one . Huge difference in shipping cost . I guess I should have apologized for eBay’s mistake . We will do better . Thank you .
