    Seller knowingly sent me a mismarked item. Listing is for elbows and they had a stock image of the elbow I'm looking for. They sent me straights in a package marked elbows. They knew it was a mistake because they even circled it on the package. Their listing did not indicate this mistake at all. All that and they still sent the item and collected their money. Waste of my time and money. Very deceptive and untrustworthy seller . Stay away

    The item was an open box item that was advertised as having all of its components. It arrived with both the sink stopper and the aerator missing. I contacted the seller and they immediately apologized and refunded my money. While I was disappointed that I could not use the faucet, the seller did a great job in communicating and making it right. I would still buy from them in the future.
