I bought 3 times from this Seller, The last time the Package was TORN and missing the Shim Kit. I contact them , they asked me to check and open the package although the package is already Torn(opened)!
Note. 1- It’s Not OEM rotors nothing showing on them( no Toyota logo or Made in …. Etc)!!!!
2- I asked today at Toyota dealer Those parts are not OEM parts ( Both the rotors & the pads)
3- ATTACHED A PAPER to BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEM!

Toyota Rotors do not say Toyota on them. I included a parts invoice that shows you they are legitimate. I asked if you could take pictures of what you received and you never responded. You certainly could have returned the items for a full refund if the package was damaged and parts were missing. I am always happy to fix any issues but you should respond to messages and work with me.

Shipping speed was great, but the box was destroyed. UPS attached a note that they tried to repair the box. Two of my friends bought the same item from this seller and their boxes were also destroyed.

The boxes are sturdy and in great shape when they are shipped. Unfortunately the package weighs 90lbs and ups must not handle with care. I am happy to hear the components were not damaged

Item packed in plastic wrap. Cans are dented but not punctured 🙁. True Toyota stuff, made in Japan! 😍
