  The items physical appearance matched the auction description accurately. The book was packaged in a bubble envelope and arrived in decent shape. Shipping time was quick too. Everything about this transaction was great except seller communication. I questioned the size of the book with the seller starting on Jan 19th and was not able to get a reply until Feb 1st. My other question was finally answered on March 12th. I had received an offer with a great price, but my questions were ignored.

  there was a small pink stain that was not mentioned in the listing, but other than that it is in great condition and was sold at a great value for a retired jellycat. shipping time was not the fastest but overall good experience.

  I had sent an offer to the seller & they accepted. I paid right away. The next thing I know my order is cancelled. I wouldn't of known if Ebay hadn't sent me a message saying my order was cancelled. The seller wrote the reason was the buyer (me) asked them to cancel the order. That isn't true I never cancelled so I wrote them asking them why they cancelled, when I didn't ask them to cancel. It's been 3 days & no reply. They returned my money & now I have no gift for my kid or why they did this.
