  The seller was phenomenal! Absolutely no issues there; shipped quickly, packaged well, fair shipping cost. Sadly, the item itself arrived completely dried out. However, I knew when I bought it that this was a mascara that had long ago been discontinued, but I wanted the tiny tube & brush so I purchased it anyway which is 100% on me, NOT the seller.
