  I can only speak to my experience, and that experience has been horrible! I purchased the item on October 31st was promised delivery 3-5 days later. We are now 12 days out with no refrigerator. The seller keeps providing different numbers for the shipper, but the number either don't work or the shipper at the other end has no record of the shipment. I think this is scam and would request a full and immediate refund.
