Alas, a small but glaring white spot in the obsidian, only dimly visible in the photos, compelled me to request a return. What impressed me was the very gracious way that the seller offered a partial refund in lieu of return. Dawei-Crystal accepted my proposed refund and processed it very quickly. I am sincerely grateful, and feel that the solution was both smart and fair.
