  The wall clock that I ordered was not package well for shipping and arrived with the glass face broken, so I was unable to use it. I contacted the seller and sent photos of the packaging and broken clock. They were very quick to send a full refund for the item. The clock would have been perfect for the area of intended use had it not been broken. I had to find a suitable replacement.

  The product could have been packaged better as it was a magnet and picked up a stray bolt during transit. Shipping was very slow, and was listed as being in the us but took months. Seller has great prices. Product appears good quality. But shipping takes ages for not buying from. This seller unless you need the item months from now.
