Box condition shows it probably isn't brand new from manufacturer but item condition was still perfect. Shipping cost seemed a little high for an item that's less than 10lbs. Maybe I'm just not used to it from too much free Amazon shipping. Shipping time was good. But all of that is moot because this appears to be the ONLY seller for this particular item. The microwave it goes to has been discontinued, which is why Camping World has discounted it so heavily and doesn't include the trim kit.
