    The cd was sold without the case and was shipped inside a cardboard sleeve. Unfortunately, the cd didn’t survive the postal service’s equipment and was destroyed. I contacted the seller with photos of the condition of the contents. The seller responded quickly and a replacement disc was sent. Very pleased with the communication with seller.     The shipment was described as "Excellent Condition," which was overstatement. I rejected 20 percent of the 60 cases for unacceptable blemishes and defects. This wastage rate is common for these hard-to-find items, in my experience. The seller was very responsive to my concerns. We quickly agreed that he would refund the cost of the 12 rejected cases. The seller did not require photographic proof or any other kind of proof. I would purchase from this seller again.
