  I ordered the Long Denim Dress, on 2/10/25 with the description stating it would be shipped the next day. I ordered early for arrival by 3/7/25. If it had been shipped a week later I should have received it. I sent a message to the seller on 2/27/25 & was told it would ship in 1 to 2 days. The item was never shipped. I did receive a refund on 3/3/25, I was VERY disappointed in not receiving the item that I needed & the lack of straight forward communication. Not a good transaction.

  Upon receipt of items, I immediately contacted the seller and expressed my disappointment regarding the fit of the items and was told that a refund would be issued for both items. After waiting 9 days for refund, I sent another email to seller inquiring about the refund yet I didn't receive a response. Today, January 5, 2025, and it's been 17 days since first and only response from seller and still no refund. Shipping was free but it took 17 days after placing order for items to arrive.
