  Terrible seller. They listed the item incorrectly and ignored messages until I filed a claim. They claimed I "got it for a steal," but the product is outdated and, when factoring in the cost of the missing accessory, was nearly the same price as brand new from the manufacturer during holiday sales. The item was used, missing a crucial factory accessory, and falsely listed as open box. There was even a boot print on the product packaging that was inside a shipping bag.

  I am revising my feedback from a negative to neutral, cause I received the item that I ordered but it is only a 26 knot hoop instead of the 32 knot hoop that was described. It fits okay. It didn’t have instructions in the box and were not on the outside either. I am giving a neutral because it still isn’t the 32 knot hoop as was described. It does look new.
