    As described, shipped quickly and packaged well (would recommend sealing the ends when wrapping with bubble wrap inside packaging as the item had slipped out, but it was also protected by padded envelope and its box so was fine!) Lovely scents <3

    We are so sorry. It's not like us to not seal the ends. We will try to be more vigilante about that so they don't rattle around loose in the envelope. What's important is that you enjoy the scents.

    This items was packed really well...to avoid any issues with the postal service. No problem with the the time is took to get here. As described, but really in pristine shape! Looks brand new!
