  I purchased these chaps and received the wrong color. I contacted the seller and they said I could keep the wrong color pair and they sent me another pair the correct color this time!   Absolutely the most satisfying purchase I have every made. My saddle arrived and it was well worth the short wait for them to hand make it. Yes it is hand made I India but trust me when I say the craftsman ship, the communication and shipping was in every way awesome. And if you have a quarter horse these saddles are prefect for them !   The saddle is stuck in customs and YES, I have contacted the seller several times now and their solution to the issue is to send another one? Don't know how a new one is going to get through customs any sooner than the one that's already sitting there. I just want and need a FULL refund now so I can hopefully get another saddle for my daughter as she's needing it in a few weeks and needs to have time to ride in the new saddle prior to her upcoming competition. Please just get me a refund, Thanks
