He finally stated that I lived outside the US and that was the problem, I live in FL so that wasn’t it. With help of Ebay I was able to purchase the items. It took seller 4 to 6 days just to get the item to the shipper. Item arrived well packed, and as described.

I contacted the seller, and they shipped the second—but both bottles leaked badly due to poor packaging. I provided clear photos as proof, but instead of offering any resolution, the seller blamed me for the issue, claimed I cost them money because they had to ship twice, and told me I should’ve just bought the product in a store. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience. Would not buy from this seller again.
