  Thank you, thank you, thank you! for a superb job of packing my lantern. I received it today in great shape. FedEx actually delivered it, and in good shape. The lantern itself is in fine shape. If it's been used it wasn't used much. All the parts are there as was pictured and it was priced very fairly. Very pleased with the sale.

  Seller shipped item promptly after purchase. Tracking showed the item sent out. The item had still not arrived 2 weeks after the due date and the carrier's tracking service was of little help. I contacted to the seller to express my concerns and see if they had heard anything. They responded quickly and initiated a lost item search with the carrier. A month after the item was due it had still not arrived. Ebay refunded my money. The seller had great communication and was helpful. No complaints.
